Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of several ancient Chinese medical procedures. It is believed to help relieve pain and treat diseases by restoring the normal flow of energy through the body. A typical acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of hair-thin needles into specific points( acupoint ) on the body to elicit a healing response. The sterilised and disposable needles are so thin that most people feel nothing more than a slight tingling sensation when they are inserted.
Auriculotherapy /Ear Pressure
Auriculotherapy is a form of acupuncture without needles. It involves the stimulation of the auricle of the external ear for the diagnosis and treatment of health conditions in other parts of the body.
Meridian Acupoint Pressure
It is another method for improving Qi (vital energy)flow and blood circulation.. It stimulates Qi mobilization to regain Yin-Yang balance in certain parts of the body. Such as head Meridian Pressure helps restorative concentrating on head , neck and shoulders.
Herbal Remedies
Chinese Herbs are a truly holistic form of health care, aiming at the whole body rather than just a particular condition. They include flowers, leaves , stalks, seeds and roots. Each of the herbs has its own property, nature, flavour, and channel tropism (meridian).When combined the individual characteristics are enhanced and the function of healing is improved.
Moxibustion
The application of mild heat to the body, again at particular points, with glowing moxa wool (a finely chopped herb-folium Artemisia),entirely painless and comfortable. It helps blood and lymph circulation and maintains good health.
Cupping
Cupping works on the body's meridian system, to "open up" any stagnant points for a better flow of Qi, and to rejuvenate certain meridians and organs that are not functioning at their optimum. Scientifically, this technique is known to help activate the lymphatic system, promote blood circulation and aid deep tissue repair.

Each organ in the body has an element of yin and yang within it. Some organs, such as the liver, are predominantly yang; others, such as the kidneys, are yin. Even though an organ may be predominantly yin or yang in nature, the balance of yin and yang is maintained throughout the body, because the sum total of yin and yang will be in balance.
It is important to note that the body is not always in an exact balance of yin and yang. Even when the body is healthy, there may be subtle shifts from one state to the other. When a person gets angry, for instance, the yang state may dominate; when that person has calmed down and resumed to a peaceful state, yin may become dominant.
In traditional Chinese medicine, illness is believed to be caused by an imbalance of yin and yang in the body. In an excess of yin, the yang qi would be damaged, leading to the development of a cold disease. Excess of yang will likewise damage yin qi and lead to a heat disease being developed.
Basic treatment of these diseases is aimed at replenishing depleted yin or yang, and it is through this process that the balance of yin and yang is re-established. Chinese medicine does not recognize cause and effect separately; rather, Yin and Yang are constantly transforming in to each other. Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners attempt to determine the exact nature of the imbalance, then correct it through a variety of approaches, including acupuncture, herbal remedies, exercise, and changes in diet and lifestyle. As the balance is restored in the body, so is the person's health.
